Writing for the Future

For our 50th Jubilee Room 4 decided to write about what they love about Elm Park School. We brainstormed some ideas about the things we do in the classroom, people who make our day better and our favourite things to do at morning tea and lunchtime. These stories went into a time capsule that will be opened when the school turns 100.

Making my Clown

Room 4 has been working with their buddy class Room 20 to take some recycled clowns. We used materials we brought from home and things we found around the classroom. Our buddies helped us glue, stick and colour to make these awesome clowns.

Our Awesome Planter Box!

We are learning about responsibility for our own areas at Elm Park School.

This term Room 4 have planted some flowers in our planter box. Mr Walker fixed the bottom
of the planter box for us first. We had a brainstorm about what sort of plants we wanted in
our box. We decided on bright colourful flowers that lots of people would like to look at. We
had lots of fun planting our flowers.
